General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Services (“GTC”) are entered into between, on the one hand, PRODUCTION INCREASE S.A.R.L, with a share capital of 100,000 dirhams, having its registered office at 13 Rue Ahmed Elmajjati, Résidence Jibal Alpes, 1st Floor, No. 8, Hay Maarif – Casablanca, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 511021 (hereinafter the “Firm” or the “Consultant”); and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person wishing to benefit from one of the services (hereinafter the “Client”).

All orders are placed either directly on the website, via email or telephone, or through a purchase order. The Client’s validation of the order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC. Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the Client.

Payment for services is made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method indicated on the website. Payment is due prior to the provision of remote services. For in-person consultations, payment is made at the end of each session, unless otherwise agreed.

The Client undertakes to provide all information necessary for the proper execution of the requested services. The Client must ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete to prevent any misinterpretation of the legal advice given.

PRODUCTION INCREASE makes every effort to provide accurate and reliable legal advice. However, we cannot be held liable for the consequences of any misinterpretation or incorrect application of the advice provided. The Client is solely responsible for the use of the information and services received.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client. In accordance with applicable law, personal data collected during the order process is used solely for the purpose of providing the services and is not shared with third parties without the Client’s consent.

Opening

Open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

Agreement

The Client acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) prior to any request. The Client’s agreement is deemed valid even in the absence of a handwritten or digital signature of the GTC.

The relationship between the Client and the Consultant is governed exclusively by these GTC. The Client agrees that only these GTC shall apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing, which may include other terms, such as the Client’s general purchasing conditions or specific sales terms.
